I have used Tom Taylor for more than 14 years and find his service is excellent and the quality of his work is even better . When he is done the grout looks better than when was new. They have worked on my kitchen, 2 bathrooms and hallway and my cost for his services I find very reasonable. I would highly recommend his company I give him 5 *****

No word(s) to express my satisfaction, other than incredible. Tom's talent is rare. We had a shower and floor cleaned and regouted, and a hallway that had crumbled grout and loose tile(s). Now, it all looks brand new. 👏👏

Tom came out to take a look at my shower which has loose tile and poor caulking. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what might have caused the issues and what it would take to fix them. He provided a quote and excellent communication. Chrissy was great to deal with as well. Tom did a great job and even took care of some issues which weren't part of the quote. I have contacted him again for another job and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I have read other reviews for Taylor Grout and Tile and everybody praised the work Tom Taylor did for making their tile look like new. My master shower showed every year's wear for being 22 years old and I was afraid it is time to replace my shower. Tom showed up, was here for about 2 hours and he asked me to come and look at the shower as he was finished. He asked me if I thought he did a good job and I told him no because I told him that he did a "great" job. I just can't express in words what a wonderful job he did for us. He is a miracle worker! Call him as you will be happy that you did!
